​How to prepare for your meeting
​

What to bring to your first meeting:
​
  • Identification
          - ​Drivers Licence or another form of photo ID e.g. passport
  • Proof of Income 
​          - 2x most recent pay slips
          - Two most recent individual tax returns 
          - Tax File Number 
  • Superannuation, Pension & Defined Benefit accounts 
          - ​Recent statements and/or each account number. Can be sourced via your MyGov login (A screenshot or print screen including these details is a great                alternative to statements)
  • Recent statements for any Investment accounts ​
  • Recent Statements for Insurance Policies ​
  • Financial Details 
​          - Details of all bank accounts, including balances
          - Details of any loans & credit cards 
          - Details of Investment properties and/or any shareholdings including account numbers if applicable
  • Copies of any existing Estate Planning e.g Will, Power of Attorney & Enduring Guardian. ​ ​
  • Self Employed documents
          - ​2x most recent company financial statements 
  • Centrelink Income e.g most recent letter/statement and your Centrelink Reference Number (CRN) ​
  • ​Self-Managed Super fund details:
​          - Trust deed including any variation deeds
          - Most recent investment strategy
          - SMSF loan agreement (If relevant)
          - Details of any personal guarantees 
          - Two most recent SMSF Financial Statements 
          - Two most recent SMSF Tax Returns  ​​
  • ​Marriage Certificate (If married within the last 5 years) ​
