Are you a glass half full or half empty person?

According to the Oxford dictionary, the definition of happiness is ‘the state of being happy’. This definition is probably not very helpful if you’re looking to better understand what happiness is, what role it plays in your life or how to achieve it.

One common money belief is that more money equals more happiness. However, research* has shown that once a person reaches a certain level of financial security and stability more money will not necessarily increase their happiness.
