HFP Client Survey Results

Thank you to our clients for the valuable feedback provided through the recent independent survey.

Overall the results were very good and yet there were some areas that we need to improve on and therefore we are extremely appreciative of the feedback. Without your input we would struggle to be at our best. Thank you to everyone and we look forward to continually improving our service levels to you - our valued clientele.

Highlights of the results are:

95% of respondents stated they are satisfied with HFP
This is a great result as it places us above the industry average. We still want to improve though and will be looking at some key initiatives within the next few months.

91% of respondents expect to be using HFP for many years to come

73% of respondents agree that it is a good idea to refer family and friends to HFP
Thank You! A referral means that you think enough of our skills to introduce us to your family and friends. This means a lot.

12% of respondents are looking to purchase an investment property within the next 12 months
From the end of October HFP will now be able to introduce you to direct property opportunities through our alliance with a respected property research firm.

10% of respondents would like to refinance their mortgage or at least have it reviewed soon

So what improvements are coming for you?

Many of the respondents would like more information and reports with greater speed and efficiency. To assist in facilitating these areas HFP will be investing significant dollars into the following areas.

  1. A new HFP Knowledge Centre only available to our clients. As soon as this is established we will give you an individual client log in
  2. Increased regular reporting to you in an easy to read format.
  3. Increased email and internet communication and less focus on face to face meetings
  4. New software to assist us in the daily management of client information and reports
